I truly intended to cook today — but (1) I got distracted by lululemon long sleeve tee shopping and (2) the fish I bought last night froze in the refrigerator.
Breakfast: you guessed it. 3 oz pastured pork, scallions, 2 cage free eggs, side of homemade jalapeños and a bulletproof Numi tea (that’s a BUNCH of Saigon cinnamon floating around in there) This morning I added a green juice made from 1 cucumber, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 c baby kale, 1/2 c lacinato kale, ginger, 1/3 kiwi, parsley, and a hunk of Serrano pepper.
Lunch: protein shake (water and hemp protein from Onnit) and 4 oz pastured pork ribs (thanks Mom and Dad!)
Dinner: 8 oz 96/4 lean ground beef (using this recipe), hot sauce, scallions, romaine lettuce leaf (taco shells!), 1/4 avocado
